Keri Louise
Keri first discovered Pilates in 1995 and immediately became a devoted student cultivating a regular practice that remains in place to this day. During nearly 3 decades of practice, Pilates has been a faithful companion serving her body through life's physical and mental challenges. This is what Keri believes makes Pilates so special. Pilates is adaptable through injury, aging, physical changes in the body and supports us during those periods of stress and life's difficulties. The functional movement and mind/body connection of Pilates seamlessly weaves into all areas of our daily lives.
In addition to her 500 hour Pilates Teaching Certification, Keri is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher and a Certified Holistic Health & Wellness Coach. Movement & Mindfulness are passions of hers. She loves sharing the sacred art of radical self care. Movement is medicine and Keri loves making movement accessible to as many people as possible. Fitness doesn't haven't to be complicated, intimating, or a stain on our bodies. Pilates and yoga are highly beneficial, building strength, agility, stamina, flexibility & muscle tone. Keri wakes up excited everyday to go to work, to see clients, to help them achieve the goals, to see them walk out of the studio feeling happier, more vibrant, healthier!
The outdoors is what makes Keri feel the happiest. Fresh air, sunshine, the ocean, the woods....you get the picture, this is where Keri likes to be in her downtime. She loves cooking, creating new recipes, reading, making art, being creative, spending time with her family & her sweet dog Sunny who you will see around the studio.
Keri specializes in private one-on-one pilates equipment classes & private yoga instruction but don't miss out on the variety of mindfulness services she offers including Radiant Rest Reiki, Girl To Goddess & all her workshops & retreats.

“My wellness journey started after I wanted to find something less stressful on my body than cardio. I found Pilates. I felt my body get stronger, but more importantly was what it did for my mind. You start to learn how your breath can help when things get tough. The body achieves what the mind believes has been a powerful mantra during my journey.”
Outside of the studio, Vilma cherishes family time and has fun trying new hobbies. She enjoys learning about her garden and how it’s very therapeutic.
Vilma offers sessions tailored to the specific needs of each individual. Whether you are looking for a challenging work out, recovering from an injury or sports training for activities like golf or tennis... Pilates is for everyone!
