Keri’s 21 day detox was the perfect program for me to follow to get myself back into healthy eating practices. I’ve always been someone who has chosen healthy options but after having two kids in under two years I was choosing quick, easy, high sugar and high sodium options, not thinking much about what I was putting into my body. I was mindful about dinner and that was about it. The other 75% of the day I was grabbing quick and easy snacks. I was waking up groggy, staying up too late (likely from a sugary dessert keeping me awake) and this program just kind of turned the light back on to healthy eating. It’s a great program for those learning how to eat healthy (from square one) or those looking to bring themselves back to a place of mindful eating and self-care. Keri does an amazing job of supporting you, giving you awesome tips and guiding you towards your journey to a healthier life. I plan on doing this once a year!
